She has worked in a variety of Government and Community settings since 2003. She has worked in private practice since 2004. Dr. Gardner provides clinical assessment and therapy to children, adolescents, and adults and is a Certified Triple P Provider. She is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society and specialises in the following areas: - The management of mood and anxiety disorders (including trauma) in children, adolescents, and adults - Disability, rehabilitation, and return to work - Cognitive assessments for adults - Learning assessments for children and adults - Triple P positive parenting - Weight management

He completed his studies at the Queensland University of Technology, with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2022. Cameron’s passion for exercise stems from his representative involvement in basketball and volleyball, participating as a player, coach, and referee. Cameron has a keen interest in neurological, musculoskeletal, and mental health conditions, and believes exercise is an integral part of balancing a healthy social and physical life. His core values are focused on patient-centered communication and motivational interviewing skills, that establish professional working relationships to assist clients in achieving their goals and the best possible results. Cameron has enhanced his knowledge through completing a Tai Chi course to help improve health and prevent falls. He likes to spend his spare time playing basketball, going to the beach, travelling, and catching up with friends and family to play board games.

    Go Back Caitlin Brown Exercise Physiologist With a passion for improving health and well-being, Caitlin is a highly skilled and dedicated Exercise Physiologist with 4 years of experience helping individuals of all ages achieve their exercise and health goals. Holding a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Physiology from QUT, Caitlin specializes in creating personalised exercise programs that are safe, effective, and tailored to each individual’s needs. Throughout her career, Caitlin has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients with various cardiovascular, neurological, musculoskeletal and metabolic clinical presentations. Caitlin also works with clients from all funding types including DVA, WorkCover, NDIS, Private Health Funds, Home Care Package and EPC referrals. Caitlin's approach is client-centered, ensuring that each person feels supported, empowered, and motivated throughout their journey. Outside of work, Caitlin loves to go camping, attend pilates and spend time with her family and friends. Caitlin is constantly seeking to expand her knowledge through continued education and professional development to stay at the forefront of evidence-based practices within Exercise Physiology.     Go Back Kathryn Caulfield Senior Physiotherapist (Women's Health Physiotherapist) Kathryn earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the Australian Catholic University. She has a strong commitment to continuous professional development, having completed advanced training in areas such as Dry Needling, Vestibular Physiotherapy, Sports Physiotherapy, Occupational Health, Tendon Rehabilitation, Lumbopelvic Conditions, and Women's Health. Other interest areas include sports, paediatrics and neurological rehabilitation. With a special focus on Women's Health, Kathryn offers expert care in managing pelvic conditions, incontinence, mild prolapse, pregnancy-related pain, and exercises tailored to pregnancy. She is also trained in conducting internal pelvic examinations, allowing her to provide individualised, comprehensive care for her patients. Kathryn is dedicated to fostering positive, therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. She takes great pride in helping her patients achieve their personal health goals, no matter how big or small. Outside of her clinical work, Kathryn enjoys staying active through the gym, yoga, paddleboarding, and pursuing her artistic interests.

    Go Back Emma Holden Allied Health Assistant Emma successfully completed her Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance studies at Onfit Training College in 2020 and has been working as an Allied Health Assistant since then. Prior to this, she gained valuable experience as a receptionist in an Allied Health Clinic. Emma has a keen interest in falls prevention and a broad range of clinical presentations. She is passionate about building strong relationships with her patients and supporting them in achieving their goals. Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her daughter, visiting the Redcliffe market, and practicing pilates.
